It says that if your house or trees outside your home have some bats. Don't be scared or chase them away as it's a Chinese belief that Bats symbolizes wealth - Bian Fu 蝙蝠.
If you notice, areas like Bukit Timah, Katong and Orchard in Singapore have many bats living in people's houses or trees. And even though the trees are often trimmed or cut down, the bats remain.
I used to give tuition lessons to an Indonesian girl in Singapore. And her granduncle's mansion have bats living in it and often fly above my head when I'm there. And guess who her granduncle is? Yes, one of Indonesia's richest man.
Just make sure they are fruit bats and not blood sucking bats. You won't want them nibbling on your toes when you're sleeping. :-p
